When someone in your town googles "landscaper," three companies get the call. This is how you become one of them.
Your Google listing, your town page and your phone path decide which three. I fix those, with the scope and the finish line in writing before you pay, and I start with a free 3 minute video of your listing.
Most people never scroll past the map box. Being in it is not about the prettiest website. It comes down to three things Google can read, and most landscapers have never looked at any of them.
One listing. Three signals.
What I check in the free video, and what I fix in the paid work. Nothing here needs you on a call.
Your Google listing
Primary category, services list, photos, hours, and how your review count compares to the three that are in the box today. This moves rank the most, and it is free.
Your website, per town
Google checks whether your site says what you do and where. One page that names the town and the service beats a homepage that says "serving the greater area."
The phone path on mobile
Once they find you, can they call in one tap? Is there a form that works at 9pm? Plenty of landscapers rank, then lose the lead on their own site.
Two things I do. Both fixed in writing before any money moves.
No retainers with vague deliverables. You get a scope, a price, a date, and a written definition of "done," so you can check the work yourself instead of taking my word for it.
The 90 day map box program
One search term, one starting point on the map, one agreed target, written down on day zero with a dated screenshot. Then the work: listing rebuild, town pages, citations cleaned up, a review process your crew can actually run.
- Day zero benchmark so both of us can see what moved
- Google Business Profile rebuilt category by category
- Service and town pages written the way customers search
- Monthly rank reading from the same spot, same term
Site fix or rebuild, fixed scope
For landscapers whose listing already gets clicks but the site loses them: dead pages, no tap to call, builder branding still showing, a form that goes nowhere. Homepage, service pages, town pages, mobile pass, one working form.
- Built against a published checklist you can verify on launch day
- Loads fast, works on a phone, every button goes somewhere
- Your photos, your jobs, your towns. No stock lawns
- Delivered on the date in the agreement or you do not pay
How the free video works.
Three steps. None of them is a sales call.
You send four things
Name, company, city, email. That is all I need to find you the way a customer would.
I record what I see
I search your town on a phone, open your listing and your site, and record it. Screen and voice, about 3 minutes, within 2 business days.
You keep the video
The fixes are named in order. Do them yourself, hand them to your web guy, or reply if you want me to do them. All three are fine.
Most agencies sell you a report. I start with the video.
Let me guess: a monthly retainer, a template with your logo on it, a report nobody read, and no one answering when it stopped working. Here is how this is different.
Scope on paper first
Every deliverable, the price and the date are written down before a deposit. What "done" means is defined so neither of us has to argue about it later.
The Maps program even fixes the search term and the spot on the map the rank is measured from, because rank changes with where you stand.
One person, not an agency
You email me, I answer. No account manager between you and the work, no template with your logo swapped in, no retainer that keeps billing after the work stops. I take on a few companies at a time so that stays true.
Maps work is landscapers only. Landscaping has a season, a service list and a review pattern of its own, and that is the trade I know from the inside. Websites I build for any business that sells locally, which is why the sites above are a car dealer, a jeweler, a mechanic and a med spa.
I come from the landscaping side, not the agency side.
I'm Brandon Medina. I run the marketing for GOAT Hardscape, an owner run landscaping and hardscape company in Framingham, Massachusetts. Their site, their Google listing, their review process and their lead follow-up: that is where I learned what moves a landscaper's phone and what is just noise.
BCM Results is that same work for other landscaping companies, plus website builds for any local business. The sites above are mine, start to finish.

Three minutes of screen and voice, specific to your listing and your town. Three minutes now, or another season of watching the same three names take the calls.
